After 12 months of being in constant pain due to a tailbone injury, my friend Tracey suggested I give The Bowen Technique a go. I must admit I wasn’t 100% sure what Bowen was, but was willing to give anything a try. Before my Bowen visits I couldn’t sit for any amount of time it was incredibly painful to travel to work. Now I can’t believe the pain is gone! No pain at all I can’t thank you enough Bowen is Amazing!

After my recent hip surgery I was left with a fair amount of swelling on my right ankle (the same side as my hip replacement) I was unable to comfortably wear a shoe on that foot and it was becoming increasingly uncomfortable. I started having Bowen treatments for back pain and found that after the first few treatments the Bowen technique not only fixed my back issues but my ankle had returned to normal size and I can now wear a shoe on that foot with no problem at all.

Tony has managed to alleviate my husband’s back pain from which he’s suffered for 30 odd years. I really didn’t know very much about Bowen but had been experiencing pain in my feet for over 6 weeks excluding me from running, walking long distances and limiting my footwear to one pair of shoes. I had seen an Osteopath, a Podiatrist and a Myotherapist with no relief. Purely by luck I had the opportunity to have a treatment. I thought why not, I had nothing to loose as nothing had worked to date. The treatment was pleasant, Tony was very professional and respectful and overall it was an enjoyable experience. Immediately after the treatment I felt like I had just finished a heavy exercise class. That night I slept very deeply and on rising had no pain for the first time in weeks. Two weeks later I continue to have no pain but look forward to one more treatment just to cement the effect. Very impressed with a therapy I had no previous knowledge nor experience of.
